Merchandise Discounts. Want a perk that works for your budget? You, your spouse and eligible dependents will receive a 20% discount on most regular-price and sale merchandise (10% for certain items) at any Macy’s, Inc. retail operation in the world! Throughout the year, associates also receive an “Extra 10%” discount in addition to the regular 20%. What’s more, associates of Macy’s can use most of the coupons available to our customers – and still add the associate discount to those savings!
